kirisaba is the ship between kyoko kirgiri and mukuro ikusaba. hopefully you already know what danganronpa is, but even then, you're probably not familiar with the interactions between them. let me give you a summary about their interactions to be concise:

mukuro ikusaba helps her sister junko enoshima trap their classmates into a ace attorney style battle royale death game, wiping the memories of their peers. she immediately gets killed by her sister. kirigiri is the first one to discover ikusaba's identity as the "ultimate despair", resulting in a rather over-used meme.

the 16th student. lying somewhere in this school.

kirigiri does an autopsy on her. Naegi, the protag, says he feels sad about leaving her body lying in the morgue. Kirigiri does NOT feel bad for ikusaba.

Kirigiri: Sad...? Did you forget? She was our enemy once. A part of the Ultimate Despair.Naegi: B-But she still got killed. She's still a victim...Kirigiri: Have you ever heard the phrase you reap what you sow? Naegi: W-Well, yeah, but still... Kirigiri: ... Kirigiri: you really are naive, you know that? It's really quite appalling... Naegi: But she could have abandoned me...but she decided to help me instead. So for someone like that, what does it mean to be naive?

Ultra Talent Development Plan is an alternate universe set before the death games. ikusaba and kirigiri are friends! only ikusaba isn't really herself. she's pretending to be her sister. oh did i forget to mention that ikusaba switches identities with her sister.

Himiko: Hm...if you say magic is real, then Junko will have to believe it. Mukuro: Ah, now you've done it. Don't you know? Kyoko can definitely figure out all the gimmicks to your magic tricks.
